Monday Medley #12 -5th Avenue Floral

Good morning everyone and welcome to another week!

I hope you all had a very nice weekend. I squeezed in an extra day with a mental-health/vacation day on Friday which was EXACTLY what I needed! Our weather was stunning on Friday so I took advantage of that with some time out at the MN Landscape Arboretum where the flowers are still quite beautiful despite it being mid-September.  We had some friends over on Saturday evening and Sunday I stamped. All Day. What a treat THAT was! Best of all, I have some fun stuff to share with you over the coming weeks. : )

This week I am featuring one of my favorite sets - Fifth Avenue Floral.
This set is so pretty and, if you're into coloring, perfect for that. I pushed myself to use all of the flowers and am pleased with the results.
My first card is a glittery combination of Bermuda Bay and Smoky Slate. I made use of the matching Manhattan Flower embossing folder for this one and plenty of glitter and gems.
My second card uses the lily and I made use of my Copic markers to fill in the flower and stem.
Finally, my third card is a cheery combination of Real Red, Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry. The card is really very simple but the colors definitely pop.

Thank you for stopping in this week. I look forward to seeing you back soon!
