Good morning!
Hard to believe Monday is here again but sure enough, my alarm went off this morning and I'm prompted to roll out of bed at 4:15 again. sigh. Don't get me wrong, I am the one who set the silly alarm in the first place, and as I get older I realize, I truly AM a morning person. I'm just lamenting the fact that I didn't accomplish as many chores as I'd hoped to this weekend. I gleefully opted for two "fun days" instead which included a play date with my friend Susette on Saturday where we hit a used stamp sale and a local restaurant for lunch and a Sunday in Stillwater, MN with friends Tim and Susan (hubby dear got to come along too!) that included a wine tasting, 4 new bottles of wine, the discovery of infused salts/sugars/oils and a yummy Italian lunch/dinner. Hmmm, maybe I'm not so sad about those chores after all... *smiles*
Here's hoping you all had as much fun this weekend as I did!
So, back to the real reason you stopped by...
I'm starting off this week with the last 4 cards from our Stamp A Stack for the Troops event this year. I do hope you will consider joining us if you are in the area. It truly is a day of stamping fun, and one you can walk away from feeling like you really did something worthwhile. If you are waffling because you don't know much about Operation Write Home, visit their website and learn more about what they do and then pop back here and join us!
Here are the last four cards for this year's event.
Thanks for stopping in. Enjoy your day!
