Remember To Smile

Happy Friday!

I hope you're smiling today. It is, after all, time for another weekend. I've got a fun day planned for tomorrow with my pal Twyla. We're hitting the Bachman's Idea House in the morning, and Patrick's for lunch, then heading home to finish up Christmas cards. Well, she'll be finishing hers anyway. Mine are done praise the Lord! I have a feeling I'll be helping her but that's fine too. It's hard to beat a day like that!

Today, I have another thinking of you type of card.
I started with a half sheet of Sage Shadow. Yes, I still have some of that color left.  *smiles*
I layered the front with a panel of First Edition Specialty paper and Fancy Pants Designs It's the Little Things DP with a punched edge and a band of pale yellow ribbon to pretty up the edge between the two.
The center stamped panel is done with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Neenah Baronial Ivory and punched with the large oval punch. I layered it on a scallop oval of Daffodil Delight and popped it up on dimensionals just a bit off center along the band of ribbon.
I finished the whole think off with a punched and distressed cluster of Basic Black flowers, a yellow brad center and a couple little leaves.

Thanks for visiting! Enjoy your weekend!
