Good Morning!
Today is going to be one of those incredibly hectic days at work as we bring a 2-1/2 months-in-the-planning event to fruition. I can honestly say it's been a crazy scramble the last few weeks to get everything ready but I think we'll have a very successful event to show for it. I will, however, be collapsing into my bed tonight once it's all over!
Today's Christmas card is a little simpler than the one I posted yesterday.
I started with a 5-1/4 x 10-1/2 piece of Bazzill Moss cardstock. I layered the front with a 5 inch panel and a couple of forked banners cut from Crate Paper's Peppermint DP collection.
The tree and sentiment are stamped with Wild Wasabi and Soft Suede on confetti Ivory cs, trimmed into a banner shape and layered on Real Red.
Next, I die cut a Moss label using my Apothecary Accents Framelets, cut it in half lengthwise and adhered it to the reverse of the Real Red. I punched a 1/8 inch hole in one side of the diecut piece to string the baker's twine through. With the twine wrapped and tied around the card and the ends tucked behind the layered tree piece, I used a few dinemsionals to pop it up off the card. A bright red button tied with baker's twin finish off the right side and a punched glitter star on top of the tree adds a little sparkle.
Thanks for popping in! Enjoy your day!
