Don't you just love it when your week streaks past you at light speed? Honestly, that's how things are going for me this week but we're on our way to Easter so that's kind of fun. Josh is coming home again and my other son Dan and sister and brother in law are coming for brunch on Sunday so I'm planning all that in between spurts of cleaning and decorating. Whew!
Today's card is a CASE of this one by whiterockmama.
My card base is a half sheet of Cherry Cobbler. The two main elements are made up of Neenah Solar White and Basic Black with a couple of Spellbinders Nestabilities and a little dry embossing added for interest. The panel on the bottom is embossed with a Quickutz Dots folder, layered on Basic Black and then tied with ribbon. The flower is stamped with Cherry Cobbler and die cut with Spellbinders Petite Ovals Large and layered on a Basic Black Crowned Oval. The sentiment is stamped with Cherry Cobbler too and punched with a 1 inch circle punch then layered on a 1-1/8 inch Basic Black circle. To finish it all off, I added a Basic Black butterfly (Martha Stewart) and a few ruby red gems here and there for a little bling.
Thanks for stopping in! Enjoy your day.
