Hi there!
I'm a little late getting this posted today, but I hope you'll forgive me. I flew out the door this morning running a bit behind schedule and completely forgot I was going to post. Mid-morning it dawned on me and then I found out my Mother slipped on the ice yesterday (she's 84) and broke her leg. This is the sort of news that totally wrecks the entire rest of the day and blows any concentration you might have. So, here we are, almost at the end of the day. Things have settled down somewhat now that I've spoken to Mom. She's fine. Irritated that the whole thing happened, but fine. I gotta hand it to her. She's got moxy!
Anyway, now you know why I'm slow to post today. So, on to the post already right?!
Here goes. This one is quick and easy.
The card base is a half sheet of Bermuda Bay trimmed to fit a quarter sheet of Basic Black. Both flowers are from a new Hero Arts pair that I bought called Wildflower Garden. I stamped one of the images on the Bermuda Bay card with White craft ink and the other on a piece of Neenah Solar White with Memento Tuxedo Black. The latter is layered on Basic Black and tied with a piece of Bermuda Bay Polka Dot grosgrain ribbon. I finished it off with a whole bunch of Mark Richards turquoise gems in the flower centers.
Lots of bling and sparkle on this one!
Thanks for stopping in! Have a great weekend!
