Today's card is a super quick birthday card that I whipped up at the stamp retreat I went to in February. I had these card-making adornments from WAY back - one of those "Oh how cute gotta have them" purchases from a trip to Target. Anyway, the colors for the card were decided based on the happy birthday tag I picked.
The card base is a half sheet of Bermuda Bay layered with a couple of pieces of DP from My Minds Eye: Alphabet Soup. (Super cute paper pack by the way) Anyway, the DP took care of the bulk of the design as you can see so I added a few stars- stamped and punched- plus a little bling and finished the whole thing off with a few wraps of red baker's twine.
For the inside, I cut a panel of Neenah Solar White and stamped an assortment of stars along the left edge. Kinda fun right? Happy Day!
Thanks for popping in! Have a great day.
