Pocketful O' Valentines

 Good morning!
I thought I should probably get some Valentines out here before the holiday slips right past me.  I put this one together (no it's not my original idea) a few weeks ago. I liked the design because it offers the option of tucking in a photo, gift card or, in my hubby's case (shhhh...it's a secret) theater tickets to see Joseph & the Technicolor Dreamcoat at our local little pocket theater. There's also room for that live love note. Sweet huh?
Okay, on to the details:
The main pocket - pictured here in the back- is a vertical half sheet of Chocolate Chip. I scored it at the halfway point and then trimmed 1-3/4 inches off one end. This short side becomes the front of the pocket. Next I cut a piece of the polka dot print and another of the plaid from the Bella Rose DSP pack. The polka dots were adhered to the inside back of the pocket and the plaid to the bottom front, just above the fold. Next came a piece of Pirouette Pink that I ran through the scallop trim edge punch and a strip of Neenah Solar White . The sentiment is from Hero Arts Valentine Sayings and is stamped with Chocolate Chip. I rounded all the corners after I had the DSP adhered in place.
The inside pieces are incrementally smaller than the pocket so that they slip inside. I covered each one with coordinating paper from the same pack and then trimmed them with tabs punched with the round tab punch and a few punched hearts. The layered heart you see on the Pirouette Pink piece is cut with Spellbinders hearts and scalloped hearts. All of the little hearts were punched with the heart to heart punch.
Here's what it looks like all put together:
