Birthday Blooms

Good morning!
I hope that you all had a great weekend. I spent most of mine cleaning which meant that I didn't have much time for stamping, but I do feel like I accomplished a few things anyway. I'll just have to make some time this week to get my stamping projects done. Oh...darn...isn't that a shame? lol!

In light of the fact that our temperatures seem to be on the rise (not too difficult when you're starting at zero) today I have a sunny birthday card to share.
I saw this layout on Splitcoast a while back but forgot to favorite it, so my apologies to whomever I'm stealing this idea from. Obviously it was memorable in a good way!
The card base is a half sheet of Marigold Morning. (Yes, I still had a little left.) I layered a strip of Cloud 9 Design Sunrise Smoothie designer paper over the bottom half and trimmed the middle with some bright orange gingham ribbon. The main panel is Tangerine Tango, Pacific Point and Neenah Solar White. The flower pot and flowers, plus the little flower in the Build A Brad are all from Flower Filled and are stamped with Tangerine Tango, Marigold Morning, Pacific Point and Wild Wasabi. The sentiment is stamped with Pacific Point as well. A Build A Brad flower and a few gems finish it off.

Thanks for stopping in! Have a great day!
