Good morning!
It's another brisk one out there this morning. Definitely one of those days when braving the elements is far less appealing than curling up on the sofa with a soft kitty and a mug of hot chocolate. Alas...it's another work day... Guess that cocoa will have to wait til tonight.
Today's card pulls 99% of it's inspiration from this one by OrangeBlossom Girl. I think the only thing I really changed was the ribbon but I guess I figured there was no good reason to mess with a good design! Most of the stamping is done with Winter Post but the little frame and the flourish below the "Post Card" stamp are from Frames with a Flourish.
The card base is Chocolate Chip layered inside with Neenah Baronial Ivory and outside with Cherry Cobbler. The postcard layer is ivory stamped with Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Chocolate Chip. I sponged the edges of the panel with Chocolate Chip before adhering it to the card and then added the hand-trimmed reindeer stamp and the ribbon.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!
