Good morning!
Well, we have LOTS of the white stuff in our yard with, (of course) the potential for more. Oh Joy! Anyway, I thought this card was entirely appropriate.
I love the whole white-on-white look but for snowy cards it really can't be beat. The nice thing about this particular card is that it's really simple to put together.
I started with a half sheet of Stardreams White cardstock so the card has that soft pearlescent look. The face of the card is a 3.75 x 5 panel of Neenah Solar White. I embossed it with a Cuttlebug Christmas Ornaments folder and tied it with white taffeta ribbon. The snowflake is cut with the Sizzix Ice Crystal snowflake die and adhered to the card with a small glue dot. I added a clear gem to the center for a little more sparkle. See how simple that was? *smiles*
Have a wonderful day, and if you live in the Midwest where the white stuff is falling... stay warm!
