Autumn is a second Spring

Good morning!
Our days are definitely shifting toward Fall here in Minnesota. Thanks to a couple of days of gale force winds last week most of our leaves are gone, and lucky for us, most of them blew away so they won't require raking! Yay! Rich and I both hate raking and we have lots of trees so this is a blessing.
Today's card is a bit of Fall color for you. The stamp set is called Filigree Fall by Inkadinkado. The card base is a half sheet - cut the long way - of Dusty Durango. I Cuttlebug embossed it with my Sizzix Branches with Leaves embossing folder and then set it aside to work on the rest.
The center panel is a piece of Neenah Baronial Ivory stamped with Basic Brown and layered on Chocolate Chip. I wrapped a piece of 1 inch wide chocolate grosgrain ribbon around the lower half and then adhered it to the card. The main leaf is stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and colored with Copics then layered on Old Olive. The sentiment is done the same way minus the Copics. I added the little colored leaf at the end to finish off the sentiment piece. It looked a little plain without it. Finally, I added a trio of Mark Richards Brown Glitter Domes to the main leaf and just below the ribbon. They're much prettier in real life!

Thanks for stopping in today!
