Good morning! It's Friday! Yay!
Tomorrow I'm off to Duluth for a wedding and (gasp) dare I say it? A possible sighting of my son Josh? I finally got to talk to him on Tuesday night and I was so thrilled to hear his voice I forgot to ask him if he'd found a job yet and tell him his driver's license is due for renewal. Kinda important but I got caught up in listening to him tell me all about his first full week as a college student and completely forgot. oops!
Anyway, he needs a couple of things so I'm going to see if I can squeeze in a quick visit to drop them off since I'm going to be up there. Well, really. It just makes sense to do it then. Right? oka, I got a little off track there. So on to the card...
I picked this Stampendous Festive Forest stamp up about 4 or 5 years ago because I thought it was so cute. I then proceeded to tuck it into my non-Stampin' Up! stamp drawer and forget about it. Believe me, that's pretty typical. Anyway, when I started working on the Christmas cards for my mom I pulled it, and a few others, out and started playing. I was right. It IS cute! The coloring is all done with Copics and the paper is from October Afternoon (stripe), and Making Memories (polkadots). The card is Wild Wasabi and layering pieces are Ruby Red.
Here are the details:
