Yes, it's really me. I feel like I've been away forever and feel really bad about all of you wonderful people who visit often hoping to see something new. I've been buried with a few other projects - including a wedding invitation request - so haven't had much time to catch up here. Now the 4th of July holiday weekend is upon us and I've only got time to sneak in a quick card. I'll get some new stuff lined up for next week though (hopefully!)
This card is a somewhat generic congratulations card meaning you could use it for most anything. The stamp set is from Stampendous and I love it. I'm thinking it has a future snuggled up with a couple of similar-style SU! sets.
The background is stamped randomly and repeatedly with Soft Suede and Not Quite Navy. the designer paper panel at the bottom is from a new DCWV stack called At Home that I found recently at Michaels. A bit of a punched border, some layering and shadow stamping finish things off.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful 4th of July weekend!
